Special Notice: Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, Bay Pines Veterans Administration Healthcare System (BPVAHCS), CW Bill Young VA Medical Center located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744 is looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the following: Electro Shockwave Lithotripsy Services. The authority for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Place of Performance: On-site at the Urology Services Department throughout the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System Service Area Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 05/21/2026 through 05/20/2031 for the base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide State licensed radiologic technician(s) (licensed in diagnostic radiography - X-ray) and all required equipment to perform Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL). All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted license to the services covered by this contract issued in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. The results of all Quality Improvement activities performed by the contractor involving VA patients will be shared with VA Quality Management Office.
