The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of businesses to provide 4-Inch, Cast Iron, Full Port Ball Valves that are manufactured in the United States for the Grand Coulee Dam in Washington State.

Responses are due no later than 17:00 PM, PT, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and shall be electronically submitted to Terry Mest at tmest@usbr.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow-up information requests.
