AMENDMENT 01
Amendment 01 has been issued to upload a revised PWS (Attachment 4) that reflects the following changes:
4.1.1 Minimum deck space of 1,080 square feet total to accommodate the Governments equipment as required per Section 5.0.
4.1.2 Carry onboard a minimum of sixteen (16) passengers simultaneously.
6.13 Meals. The Contractor shall provide three (3) galley-prepared cafeteria-style meals for up to sixteen (16) embarked personnel (not including vessel crew) when underway. The Contractor shall provide at a minimum of two (2) hot meals and the capability to provide a to-go meal for embarked personnel. The Contractor shall have snacks available throughout the day available for embarked personnel. Meals that are provided shall be IAW The Special Operations Forces Nutrition Guide.
6.14 Berthing. The vessel shall support berthing for up to sixteen (16) embarked personnel in addition to vessel crew, along with shower facilities to accompany both male and female personnel.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
The RFQ number is N0060426Q4006. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06/Effective Date 10-01-2025 and DFARS Publication Notice, 24 October 2025.

The 2022 NAICS code is 532411 (Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing) and the Small Business Standard is $45.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted to firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the full and open acquisition strategy.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing chartered maritime vessel rental and ancilliary services as listed within Attachments (1) and (2).
