Provide services non-personal consisting of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, parts, and materials required to accomplish drain degreaser services at Moody Air Force Base, GA, The required level of effort for this contract includes maintain/service drains, install industry-standard chemical injection degreaser equipment, and chemicals at predesignated locations on (11) degreaser systems in eight (8) facilities around base to prevent grease build-up from clogging facility drainage systems. This also includes a monthly service for chemical pump operational check and replacement of chemicals as needed. Chemicals will be non-hazardous enzyme treatment only. This means the annual level of effort in terms of labor hours would be factored at approximately 120 or 1 part time equivalent with no anticipated increase or decrease in the number of locations needing service. Performance is to begin 1 Oct 2026 with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) twelve (12) month options.
