This is non-personal services contract which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. The contractor shall provide two (2) outdoor 35K (or greater) diesel forklifts (Fork size 7.5 FT long. /8 in wide. /Spread 7.5 FT). The forklifts will be delivered by the vendor vicinity 541st SSA, Building 8320 Wells Street, Fort Riley, KS, as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is 30 January 2026 to 29 January 2027.
