Description of Requirement
The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of:
Purchasing and installing a new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and associated components for an existing SCADA system.
Removing and properly disposing of the existing UPS and components in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Removing conduit and conductors that will not be reused.
Providing new conduit and conductors where needed.
Performing all electrical work, integration, and testing to ensure full operational capability of the SCADA system after installation.
Complying with Bureau of Reclamation standards and all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
The UPS will be solicited as brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 11.104. Salient characteristics will be provided in the solicitation.
Scope
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project.
Anticipated period of performance: approximately 1 year.

Capability statement demonstrating experience with:
UPS installation and SCADA integration
Removal and disposal of electrical equipment
Projects of similar size and complexity
Bonding capacity (single and aggregate).
Relevant past performance (include contract numbers, dollar values, and points of contact).
Responses limited to 3 pages, font no smaller than 10 pt (including cover and admin pages). Only the first three pages will be reviewed.
