Response time has been extended until 9:00AM EST on 14 January 2026 and Section 52.212-1 has been updated to require an authorized reseller certification. If your quote was not submitted with an authorized reseller certification, please resubmit to include this information.
Partial quotes will not be accepted. BRAND NAME EXACT MATCH.
Quotes shall be submitted to Claudette Jones at claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 9:00AM EST 14 January 2026. Questions will also be accepted until the close of the solicitation previously mentioned. Quote submissions received after the stated submission deadline may not be considered for the award. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
All quotes shall include price(s) showing any and all materials and labor, FOB destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. The quote shall explicitly confirm that the quoter can meet all of the Technical Requirements and provide all of the Deliverables for the period of performance specified above. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
