REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT: ICBM SES – System Engineering support for Air Force Global Strike Command.
DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE: The Air Force is seeking business sources qualified to provide some, or all, of the items listed in Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement. This is NOT a solicitation.
INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL RESPOND BY: 9 January 2026. All responses and questions must be emailed to krystal.ruiz-velez@us.af.mil and must include in the subject line: “Sources Sought FA6800-26-RFI0001”
POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR
RESPONSE:
1. Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address.
2. SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
3. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code that your firm uses for System Engineering Services.
4. State whether business size is a large business, small business, service-disabled-veteran-owned small
business, veteran-owned small business, HUB zone 8(a), women-owned small business, a small,
disadvantaged business or small business.
5. State if your firm has the required items on Schedule (FSS, GSA, SEWP, other).
Responses may be used as research to better understand the marketplace or for creating a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this or future information requests. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to provide the product. Respondents are advised that the
Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may be published SAM.gov. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEPARATELY FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought and no contract will be directly awarded on the basis of this sources sought. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought shall be voluntary.
All questions/comments or any quotation/response regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing via email and received no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Friday, 9 January 2026 to the Point of Contacts stated above.
