Specifications include, but are not limited to: A survey of Delaware’s citizens to ascertain views and gaps surrounding wetland outreach, conservation and management programs in Delaware is needed. DNREC’s wetland program is looking for a vendor that can: 1. Aide in the development of a survey questionnaire targeted towards Delaware’s landowners and everyday citizens. Survey will address: a. Delaware citizen’s understanding of the function and benefits of wetlands, b. How DNREC is doing with wetland outreach and communication, c. Landowner participation in wetland restoration or conservation activities. 2. Administer the survey to a generous subsample of Delaware citizens via on-line, phone or in-person, 3. Report on the results of the survey to DNREC.
