The Government is requesting a non-personnel services contract to provide installation of a power station in Hangar 2418 to provide electrical power in support of MOS 15Y Training. This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS code 238210 with a size standard of $19 million and PSC code N059. Responses from large businesses and all categories of small businesses are welcome. This contract is for an estimated ONE YEAR with an estimated period of performance (POP) of 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026. Please see Attachment 1_Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details.
The work is to be performed at 2418 Klingenhagen Road Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604. Only respond if you can perform the installation at this physical address! Please send a confirmation email to Jolene A. Granger, jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil, if you have the ability to perform this requirement by 12:00PM CST on December 17, 2025. Capability statements or any other information is not required from vendors at this time. No questions will be answered by the Government for this RFI.
