The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit for Waste Management Services at John Edgar Hoover (JEH) Building located in Washington, DC for a Base Plus Four (4) Option Periods.
*This procurement is being set-side for small business (SB must be HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB only).*
The offeror must demonstrate that their proposed solution minimum technical requirements stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government shall award to the Quoter that submits the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
