GENERAL: The purpose of this request for information is to gather the vendor’s ability to provide self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) gear for Region 5 within California. This includes delivery to on site to each station, in service training for initial mask fit testing and care maintenance. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% total small business set-aside using NAICS 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing with a size standard of 550 Employees. The Government is not bound to the information contained in the draft documents; however, it is anticipated that the final will be similar to this draft.
SCOPE OF WORK: Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) gear for the replacement and standardization of all self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) gear for R5 forests.
CONTRACT TYPE: The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed price (FFP), sole source to Cascade Fire Equipment Company.
PERIOD OF PERFOMANCE: The period of performance is estimated 90 Days after date of award.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Interested companies shall furnish the following minimum information:
