This notice serves to survey the market to ascertain whether-or-not sources are capable of providing the requested supply. Salient Characteristics for Phototherapy Device Dimensions of the device must be at least; Height: 84 (213 cm), Width (doors closed): 41 (104 cm); (doors open: 53 (135 cm), Depth (doors closed): 40 (102 cm); (doors open): 50 (127 cm) Must be equipped with at least 48 high-density, six-foot UV lamps. Lamp options must include Narrowband UVB (NBUVB), UVA or a combination of both. Must have open-top design with enough interior space to accommodate wheelchair access and reduce claustrophobia. Must be equipped with patient-controlled fans. Must be equipped with UV-transmitting lamp shields to prevent patient contact. Shields must work with lamp cooling fans to maintain optimal operating temperature. Must have an adjustable treatment platform for elevating patients for full-body exposure.
