The contractor will also be responsible for preparing and pouring a new concrete slab and securing new government provided shelter building.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business poured concrete foundation and structure contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below
General Statement of Work:
Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to demolish existing shelter building and concrete slab at the Bishop International Airport in Flint, MI. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing and pouring a new concrete slab and securing new government provided shelter building, in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
1. Contract performance time is 30 calendar days after NTP per location
2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238110 – Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors
4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million
5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00.
6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.
The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available early January 2026. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by December 12,2025.
