The Black Hills VA Healthcare System requires Ophthalmic Stretcher Procedure Chairs in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) below. This is a sources sought/proof of capability solicitation looking for vendors to perform the services per the SOW for market research purposes. No awards of a contract will be made from this announcement. This requirement is in support of a brand name or equal requirement. Confirmation of delivery location will be provided by the VA POC post-award. Any item that has not been coordinated will be turned away and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the sender/transportation company. Vendor responsible for conducting a site visit to verify logistics and loading dock access/egress.
