The Government has a requirement for a walk-in oven for Building 128 at the Anniston Army Depot in accordance with the Statement of Work. North American Industry Classification System Code is 333994. The procurement is a small business set aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(a); therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
