This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the Bangor Air Traffic Control Center and TRACON in Bangor, ME, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Charts in the following attachments:
- J-1 Bangor SoW
- J-2 BGR ATCT TRACON Janitorial Frequency Chart
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is:
561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million.
The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.
Period of Performance Begins 03/01/2026 for a base year plus four (4) option years.
