Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for two (2) Inpatient Pediatric Nurses in the Inpatient Pediatrics department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM, 87420. Period of Performance will include a Base Period (6-months) + Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. And an additional 4 Option Periods (6-months each).
**It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable, and available personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple Offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration. **
**Any offeror responses received that are not in Volume(s) format as instructed in Section E - Solicition Provisions will be marked as “non-responsive” and responses will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.**
