The purpose of this amendment is to update the requirements for Request for Quotation (RFQ) B6142. Effective immediately, the requirement to submit a Bid Guarantee or Bid Bond with your proposal has been removed. Bidders are no longer required to provide Bonds. The remaining terms & conditions of this RFQ are unaffected by this amendment.

AMENDMENT #0001 - 11 Dec 2025
The Purpose of this Amendment is to: state a revision to the proposal due date for RFQ B6142, which is now extended to December 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST. Furthermore, the corresponding Q&A sheet is now attached & clearer Drawings are attached. Submissions must include a Bid Bond guarantee to be considered. Additionally, in the event of an award, 100% performance & payment bonds are required upon contract execution. The remaining terms & conditions of this RFQ are unaffected by this amendment.

Bldg 6142 has an approximate total square footage of 15,275. This project will demolish in its entirety to include concrete slabs and foundations to a depth of three feet below existing grade elevation. This will also include, but not limited to the following: sidewalks, drives, utilities, select fill, tops of structural concrete piers & pier caps, steel reinforcing, wood framing, gypsum board, masonry, transite panels, doors, frames, windows, caulking, gypsum & lay-in ceilings/grid, floors, carpet, tile, plumbing lines & fixtures, accessories, furniture,
insulation, wood & metal framing, HVAC units, ducting & registers, piping, pumps, electrical panels, conduit, wiring, lighting, transformers, gas lines & meters, roofing, flashing, etc.
The Contractor shall furnish all demolition, layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, shoring, tools, fencing and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with the demolition of Building 6142 in accordance with the attached project drawings and specifications.
