Description of Services/Goods: This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of January 1, 2026 and January 19, 2026. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards)
Period of Performance: January 1, 2026 thru January 19, 2026
See the attached spread sheet file. Add a per unit price next to items you wish to provide a quote for, only items with quantities, unit pricing, and item description, stating how products will be packaged/shipped, will be considered. Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files). In addition please see the attached delivery instructions. Vendors that quote all line items will be the only ones considered for award. This award is for all items listed on the specifications.
