This Sources Sought Notice is for annual preventative maintenance services and inspection of the MSD Quick Plex system at the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705-3875. These systems are used for performing electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunoassays with high sensitivity and for research applications, inducing drug safety, immunogenicity testing, pharmacodynamic/pharmacokinetic studies, and biomarker and cytokine analysis. The Contractor will need to perform annual preventative maintenance services to include repairs, comprehensive inspections, and preventative maintenance. All responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of small business/socioeconomic category, including those firms that are identified as large business.
