The pourpose of this amendment is to:
- Add Attachment 6 - Questions and Answers.
- Add Site Visit information
- Extend quote due date and time, quotes are now due 24 November 2025, 10:00 AM(CST).
An optional site visit will be held on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 9:00AM CST. Vendors who wish to attend must arrive at the Dyess Visitor Center at the front gate of Dyess AFB by 8:30 AM.Interested vendors must RSVP NLT 18 November 2025 by 4:00 PM CST , please send an email to christian.limtiaco@us.af.mil.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for ATP Traffic Control Devices Services issued by the 7th Contracting Squadron in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: All Quote Submission information is outlined in the Attached Section L & M Document. Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation, and attachments in their entirety. As outlined in Sections L&M, the following documents must be submitted:
- Volume 1: Pricing Schedule
- Volume 2: Technical Approach
- Volume 3: Past Performance Information
Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the submission date.

Deadline for receipt of offers:24 November 2025, 10:00 AM(CST). All quotes can be emailed to christian.limtiaco@us.af.mil
Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation and its attachments in their entirety before submitting any quotations. Quotes will be evaluated IAW the attached L&M documents (Attachment 4).
