This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and resources to provide us with Secure Shredding Services for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel. The level of security is unclassified only and documents involved are no higher than Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)[DB1] . Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Below is a description of the Small Composite Cleanroom Modification requirement and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to provide your company’s capability. In addition, there are two attachments:
- Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Drawings
- If, after reviewing these documents, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your company’s capability in meeting these requirements. Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.). Additionally, please identify any areas of work that your organization believes should be broken out exclusively for Small Business.

Description of Serv C25-007 Small Composite Cleanroom Modification
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the Small Composite Cleanroom Modification on/for Tinker Air Force Base (AFB). The intent is for the Government to secure a one-year service contract for these services. The following descriptions are from the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing us with the following:
- 76TH CMXG to modify modular cleanroom to a 40’ x 20’ x 10’, 800 sq. ft. Class 300,000 environmentally controlled areas including equipment, critical environmental parameters, monitoring and data collection capabilities as listed in the requested services. The requested descriptions/specifications are outlined below:
Requested Services: Furnish and install an Environmental Control Air Handling Unit to be mounted on the floor outside and adjacent to the room. This unit is 54” wide x 31” deep x 74” high. It is a chilled water upflow, 25KW 3-phase, 460v unit that will include chilled water coil, belt drive blower, humidifier, reheat, filters, with controls and monitoring to integrate with Tinker AFB’s network.
- It will include a 15KW electric reheat, 1”, 3-way modulating chilled water valve, 1”, temperature/humidity sensor mounted on the unit, bottom return air, MERV 8 filters, 10 lb/hr steam humidifier, floor stand, and condensate probe.
- Furnish and install overhead ducted system with 6 diffusers
- Furnish and install low sidewall return
- Furnish and install one 10’ x 8’ high-speed, fabric, roll up door along 40’ side of room
- Furnish and install four process vacuum ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’
- Furnish and install two central vacuum ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’
- Furnish and install four compressed air ports – TAFB to provide connection within 25’
- Furnish and install one drainless eye wash station
- Furnish and install BACnet devices and monitoring system to track room temperature, pressure, humidity, and particle count - TAFB to connect data collection equipment to network.
Special Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide personnel with the following special qualifications: The equipment supplied and installed shall meet the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes and regulations. All equipment shall be of new and current production by a MANUFACTURER who has long experience of building this type of equipment. Manufacturer shall be ISO9001certified.
