ORNL Machine #92 Wire EDM
UT-Battelle, LLC (the Company) is seeking offers for an open procurement of an Wire EDM Machine. The procurement is expected to be awarded in 2025. The product will be delivered to Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, TN. We cannot accept delivery of the machine until January 06, 2026.
Find the attached minimum specification sheet. Size dimensions are based on a common unit in the commercial marketplace that will fit our allotted space to meet some of the minimum requirements needed. Suppliers must be able to meet the minimum requirements to provide a functional equivalent. Any unit exceeding the size dimensions will be evaluated to see if it is technically acceptable.
