This requirement seeks to establish approximately three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for lodging services to support the District of Columbia Air National Guard (DCANG). These BPAs will provide lodging for Unit Training Assemblies, Secondary Unit Training Assemblies, other Inactive Duty Training, and Active Duty for Training statuses, with hotels located within 15 miles of Joint Base Andrews in Maryland and the DC Armory in Washington, DC.
