This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are
being requested and the SF1449 will not be issued.

Description of Services Required: The U.S Army Corps of Engineers has a need for custodial services at various lake projects
in Kansas. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies to provide custodial services for the stated lake projects in
the state of Kansas, as described in the attached performance work statements (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract. The
Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided
services.
