This is a request for prototype proposal (RFPP) utiliizing 10 U.S.C. 4022. This purpose of this RFPP to award up to two (2) Other Transaction Prototype (OTP) Projects. After OTP award, and if determined to be in the best interest of the Government, one (1) follow-on production agreement will be awarded to the vendor whose OTP is determined to be successful. A successful OTP will validate the vendor’s capability to design pump assemblies and supporting infrastructure to replace existing Return Basin equipment at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. This requirement includes design, procurement, delivery and installation of operational pump assemblies and integration of the system with the existing cooling water system.
