The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to solicit and negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00030-19-G-0053 on a sole-source basis, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subsection 6.302, with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LMRMS) (CAGE 56232), located in Uniondale, NY, a division of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO). This order will procure material required to maintain repair, refurbishment and test capability for Inertial Navigation System equipment in support of Trident Navigation Subsystem. Lockheed Martin is the only known source with the critical experience, expertise, personnel, facilities, and in-depth knowledge required to perform the subject effort.
