The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI), has a requirement to support Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) – Bradshaw Army Airfiled in Hilo, Hawaii. The requesting office has a request for the purchase of a Primary Crash Alarm System (PCAS). The PCAS is a critical component of airfield emergency response facilities support.
