Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide one Regenerative Desiccant Dryer, two (2) Compressed Air Filters, and one (1) Zero Air Loss Auto Drain for the Army’s Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL). The APSL’s primary dryer for the compressed airline exhibits excessive downtime due to component failures centered around the dryer’s heating components. The new dryer will serve as redundancy for the primary dryer to ensure that the APSL can maintain calibration operations. The equipment shall be delivered to APSL, located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. The Compressed Air Desiccant Dryer System module shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):
- Has an output specification of 360 CFM
- Achieves at least a -40°C output dewpoint
- Requires a main footprint of approximately 14” by 20”
- Contains easy to change/access tower assemblies for filters
- Among the least expensive in CFM class (<$15k)
