Will it be provided by the VA? VA Response: No, the VA will not provide cleaner, and it will need to be a EPA approved cleaner disinfectant. 2. Is the solicitation a new requirement set by the government or is this a contract currently being performed that the government is renewing. If this is a renewal, do you have the contract number associated with the old contract? VA Response: This will be a new contract for services currently being performed by Tri-County Recycling, Inc. under contract number 36C25921P0005. 3. The solicitation states under Contractor-furnished that the vendor must provide one (1) 34 Yard Compactor, and one (1) 20 Yard Open Top Container. However, under the Container Requirement Listing and Pick-up Schedule, the requirement also references a Building 1 10 Cubic Yard Compactor serviced three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), while the 20 Yard Open Top Container is not mentioned. Could you please clarify what the containers (Compactor/Dumpster) will the contractor supplied? VA Response: Contractor will be required to supply the following: 34 Cubic Yard Container, 10 Cubic Yard Container, 20 Cubic Yard Container 5. Is it possible to get an extension for a few more weeks to finish getting approvals? VA Response: Unfortunately, an extension is not possible at this time. This contract must be awarded by September 30, 2025. 6. Would there be time early Monday to have a site visit for this project? Thank you. VA Response: No requests for site visits will be honored at this time.
