9/6/2025 -- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Scale Calibration services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The contract will be a firm-fixed price with a base, plus four option periods.
This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular: FAC 2025-05 8/7/2025.
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included within the RFQ file.
This RFQ number is 70LGLY25QGLB00085 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government.
A Tradeoff analysis will be used to make an award decision. The evaluation factors are Technical (Capability Statement/Performance Plan), Past Performance, and Price. See FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation and Addendum to Provision 52.212-2 in the RFQ document (page 36 through 38) for further details.
