The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to conduct a safety inspection for the HD-swing doors located at the Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center, building 133. It was found that the magnetic locks prevent free movement and are not functioning properly. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide maintenance and repairs. The vendor will remove and replace building 133 s dock swing door and frame kit with maglocks. The vendor will also dispose of project waste at the completion of work. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and replace doors as identified in the SOW.
