The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning services as specified at Granger Lake. Services include but not limited to cleaning grounds, restrooms, picnic/camping units, screened shelters, group pavilions/shelters, drinking fountains, fishing docks, courtesy docks, trailer dump stations, bulk refuse receptacles areas, beach areas, bulletin boards, kiosks, playgrounds and nature trail. Attachment 7 details the Cleaning Frequency, Attachment 8 is the Tabulation for facility type in each area to be cleaned, and Attachment 9 contains the Supportive Worksheet for Bid Schedule Items.
