The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, on behalf of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), that can provide for a replacement audio visual equipment system to include the installation (removal of any obsolete parts and installation of the replacement equipment). The audio visual (AV) equipment system if the training aid devices used in a classroom/auditorium for presentations. The AV system to be replaced is located in the Pan Am Auditorium Bldg #9, located at SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street New Orleans, LA 70119. See the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Drawings/Specifications for the installation and the building information. NCO 16 Contracting Officer is seeking SDVOSB w/ the capability to provide replacement equipment and provide for the installation upon award of the contract, estimating in September 2025 for Fiscal Year 2025 and installation to be completed prior to December 15, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334310 and the Classification code is 6910. The offeror shall provide evidence that technically acceptable supply meets the relevant requirement of sources sought. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company information, including point of contact; UEI number; business size and economic category (example: SDVOSB); and if your company is an authorized distributor for the manufacturer - provide a letter from the manufacturer that confirms your status as an authorized distributor. If interested party has a FSS contract - please include contract number, and whether the equipment is on the contract.
