The General Counsel of the Department of the Air Force (SAF/GC) subject to the direction and control of SECAF, serves as the chief legal officer and Designated Agency Ethics Official (DAEO) of the Department of the Air Force. SAF/GC also serves as the civil administrator of Wake Island and performs such other duties as assigned to assist the SECAF in carrying out his/her responsibilities. SAF/GC assists the SECAF, the Assistant Secretaries, the Chief of Staff (CSAF), Secretariat and Air Staff offices, and other Air Force offices in carrying out their responsibilities to provide legal services for the Department of the Air Force. Within his/her areas of responsibility, SAF/GC prepares policies for approval and issues official guidance/procedures, via official Air Force (AF) publications, to ensure implementation of these policies.
SAF/GC and the Air Force District of Washington, Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK) are conducting market research by publishing this Request for Information (RFI) for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) services. Services include providing online live and on-demand legal training courses in a wide variety of areas of practice, tracking and reporting CLE credits to any state/territory bar association within the United States, and being able to provide this service for up to 100 individual users.
We have attached a draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) for review. Please note that this is subject to change based upon industry input or the changing needs of SAF/GC.
We are inviting all interested businesses to submit a capability statement with the following information at a minimum: CAGE/SAM UEI, any applicable small business socio-economic categories, and what services your business can provide regarding the attached SOW.
