Total Small Business Set Aside for Qty: (4) Four Portable Restrooms and Maintenance, with 4 Option Years.
Scope
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for (4) four portable restrooms rental and maintenance/service near the non-mag area of NSWC PCD. The Contract shall be for base of 12 months, with four additional 12-month options.

The Contractor shall provide, deliver, and set up four standard portable restrooms. The portable restrooms shall be standard Porta-Potty non–flushing toilets with non-splash urinal, non-slip floor, locking door, skids for easy portability, occupancy indicator, translucent ceiling to provide light, ventilation pipe, ventilation holes for air flow and stabilizing stakes to prevent tipping. The Contractor shall provide pumping services, chemical treatment, and general maintenance, including the restocking of all toiletries, for the four restrooms on a weekly basis, starting 1 October 2025 after initial delivery and setup.

Option 1: From: October 1, 2026 To: September 30, 2027
Option 2: From: October 1, 2027 To: September 30, 2028
Option 3: From: October 1, 2028 To: September 30, 2029
Option 4: From: October 1, 2029 To: September 30, 2030
