The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for a provider to manage roughly 6 Trash and Recycling accounts for ashore units in accordance with the attached scope of work. The units are dispersed throughout South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
The Coast Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this effort. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Price: Proposals must only show the administrative monthly cost to manage the accounts irrespective of the individual monthly fee of each account currently being paid.

Please download/print the attachments which consists of Combined/Synopsis, the SOW (Statement of Work), RFQ SF-1449, wage determination, and Price Estimate. Read the solicitation package carefully.
Please write your estimate on your own in-house estimate sheet along with your UEI number and Tax ID number. Also include a price breakdown in labor and materials.
The Closing Date for Quote Submission is September 2, 2026 at 11:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be LOWEST PRICE and most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the Government with the best value. The evaluation and award procedures in FAR 13.106 apply, LOWEST PRICE.
The Government intends to select one contractor for this acquisition. However, the Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals and prices submitted and the availability of funds.
Rejection of Unreasonable Offers: The Government may reject any quotation that is evaluated to be unreasonable in terms of program commitments, including contract terms and conditions, or unreasonably high or low in cost when compared to Government estimates, such that the proposal is deemed to reflect an inherent lack of competence or failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the program.
