1. Introduction:
Schriever SFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a laptop with installed Flowpoint Environmental Systems applications. or Industry feedback for this requirement. This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Responses to this notice are strictly for market research purposes.
2. Description of Requirement:
The Government requires Flowpoint Environmental Systems applications, upgraded Primary Logic Controls and a new stainless steel keypad. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Contractor shall provide all the manpower and materials necessary to complete the work on-site.
- Contractor shall upgrade/repair hardware necessary to run software
- Contarctor shall upgrade current keypad with stainless steel keypad
- Contrator shall provide a laptop with applications that track use, to include user number and gallons per use by user installed.
- Contractor shall install/update all programming necessary for fill stand operations
- Contractor will train on how to operate the fill stand and necessary maintenance
- All equipment nd materials shall be warrantied to theri specified factory standard, and the warranty shall start once acceptance of te work has been completed by the Government.

- Technical expertise and qualifications relevant to the requirement.
- Available resources (personnel, equipment, facilities) to meet the requirement.
- Discussion of any challenges or risks associated with meeting the requirement.
- Potential solutions or innovative approaches to fulfilling the requirement.
- Experience with similar government contracts (if applicable).
- (c) Industry Feedback/Market Insights:
- Respondents are encouraged to provide feedback on the following (limit to 5 pages):
- Market Availability: Is there a sufficient number of qualified vendors capable of meeting this requirement?
- Industry Standards: Are there relevant industry standards or best practices that the Government should consider?
- Commercial Practices: What are typical commercial pricing models for similar goods/services? What are typical contract terms and conditions?
- Challenges/Risks: What are the key challenges or risks associated with this requirement, and how can they be mitigated?
- Innovation: Are there any emerging technologies or innovative approaches that the Government should consider?
- Small Business Participation: What are the opportunities for small business participation in this procurement? Are there specific areas where small businesses could be prime contractors or subcontractors?

- Indicate if your company possesses any relevant security clearances (e.g., Secret, Top Secret).
4. Submission Instructions:

Please include the Sources Sought number in the subject line of your email. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
