SPECIFICATIONS: All ductwork to receive a thorough cleaning All components of associated Air Handling Units (AHU’s) will be thoroughly cleaned All components of the supply air ducts and/or return air ducts shall be cleaned, and treated with chemicals and methods approved by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) HEPA filtration vacuuming shall be used to minimize the possibility of cross-contamination No cleaning methods, or combination of methods, shall be used which could potentially damage components of the HVAC system or negatively alter the integrity of the system. All vacuum devices, including hand held and wet vacuum devices, exhausting air inside the building shall be equipped with HEPA filters. Must provide proof of Liability Insurance (see additional terms & conditions on page 7) Must be NADCA Certified Must use Personal Protective Equipment, PPE when cleaning air ducts
