Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide labor, material and equipment per construction documents for: Base Bid- construction of a single story enclosed pavilion structure housing a multi-purpose room, food preparation room, restroom and support spaces. The multi-purpose room will have an attached covered outdoor deck and covered walkway to existing adjacent building. All utilities, HVAC, flooring, etc. for a turnkey structure. Base bid will also include demolition and site preparation, sidewalk installation, irrigation and sodding, relocation of existing utilities as needed. Add Alternate No.1- If accepted will include labor, material, and equipment for the construction of an outdoor amphitheater as per plans and specifications. Includes but not limited to site preparation, tiers, steps, new irrigation, electrical service, lighting, and paved stage area. Add Alternate No. 2- if accepted will include labor, material, and equipment for the construction of a steel and vinyl coated canvas engineered structure over the stage area (Add Alternate No. 1). Add Alternate No. 3- if accepted will include labor, material and equipment for replacement of florescent lighting for the Multipurpose adjacent spaces to LED lighting per the lighting schedule in the plans and specifications.
