The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 18,068 RSF clinical space in Sarasota, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Sarasota CBOC. On-site parking for 71 vehicles is required, of which at least 10 spaces must be ADA compliant. A full-service lease up to five Years will be considered. Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain.
