The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the Medical Center Facility address listed below: Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center 1201 N.W. 16th Street Miami, FL 33125 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide semi annual preventive maintenance (PM) services on a total of 9 Laser machines including Endo Optiks E2, Iridex- IQ577, Lumenis- Versapulse PS 100W, Alma-Harmony XL, Lumenis-Select Duet, Millenium-MVP-7, Angiodynamics- 1470 EVLT Laster, Alcon-Purepoint and Lumenis-Pulse 120H units located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami, Florida. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating conditions as specified by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall ensure the equipment performs at manufacture specifications in accordance with the performance and to published workload usage capacity. The Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and all emergent repairs in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. PM The technician shall perform the required PMs within the month they are due. Repairs: The technician shall report to the Biomed Shop within a 24-hour period upon receipt of the request for emergency repair. Services: All equipment is to have any/all PM and repairs performed on site. Must provide fully qualified OEM Certified technicians and all OEM new parts for all equipment as required to make all necessary repairs. The contractor shall provide technical assistance via direct communication through a telephone bank with technically capacitated and certified personnel. The Contractor shall provide test equipment used for PM, Repair, or Emergency Repair purposes be annually calibrated to NIST standards and provide the Government a copy of the equipment certification. All test equipment used for PM and/or Repair purposes will be annually calculated to NIST standards, and the Biomed Shop will be provided with a copy of that certification. The Contractor shall submit reports (electronic and written) for: repairs, preventive maintenance, functional test records (if applicable), and service reports for all equipment noted herein. Reports provided no later than 24 hours of the service were performed. . Repair service will be conducted at the Bruce W. Carter Medical Facility, located at 1201 NW 16 Street, Miami, FL 33125 Main Operation Room, during regular work hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time. No additional information is available currently.
