1. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
 The Oklahoma City Area Office (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for Wewoka
 Indian Health Center for the monitoring and inspections of the fire alarms and sprinkler system
 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
 The Contractor shall provide labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, needed to perform monitoring 7
 days a week and 24 hours a day as well as quarterly inspections for tamper switch, semi-annual inspection
 of water flow test, and annual inspection of main fire alarm panel at the at the Wewoka Indian Health
 Center, Wewoka, Oklahoma.

 4-Pull Station -Annual
 13- Audio/Visual Addressable-Annual

 (Includes Tamper, Flow, Gate Valve, Fire Dept. Connection plastic caps, Valve Trim & Main Drain)

 Clinic Building
 1- Fire Alarm Panel- Annual
 2- Smoke Detector Conventional-Annual
 9- Pull Station-Annual
 19- Audio/Visual Notification Conventional-Annual
 3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
 The base year Period of Performance will be 12 months from date of award with four (4) twelve (12)
 month option years.
 4. LEVEL OF EFFORT
 4.1. The Contractor shall provide Quarterly inspections of tamper switches for sprinkler system located
 in the administration building at the Wewoka Indian Health Center.
 4.2. The Contractor shall provide Semi-annually water flow test located at the administration building
 at the Wewoka Indian Health Center.
 
 4.3 The Contractor shall Annual inspection for main fire alarm panel, annunciator, smoke sensor
 addressable, pull stations, audio-visual unit addressable located in the administration building and
 in the main clinic building located at the Wewoka Indian Health Center.
 4.4 The Contractor shall Quarterly inspection for sprinkler test and inspection for wet sprinkler system,
 tamper, flow, gate valve, fire department connections and main drain valve located in the
 administration building, Wewoka Indian Health Center.
 4.5 The Contractor shall Provide 24/7 fire alarm monitoring services for Wewoka Indian Health center.
 4.6 The Contractor shall provide Detailed report of all inspections with locations of pull stations,
 audio/visual with up-dated information with quarterly inspections and referencing environmental
 care and The Joint Commission in the report.
 4.7 The Contractor shall provide all travel costs and associated expenses to and from the Wewoka
 Indian Health Center.
 4.8 The Contractor shall provide Stand pipe sprinkler gauge every 5 years according to NFPA 25 and
 it is due in 2026.
