The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the repair of the AC building unit located at B019 in Brussels, Belgium. The contractor shall provide these services in full compliance with Belgian laws and other applicable regulations.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Contract Type: The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order.
Site Visit: The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit. The pre-proposal conference will be held on August 22, 2025, at 10.00am (local time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact BrusselsBids@state.gov to arrange access before August 21, 2025, at 10.00am (local time).
Offer Instructions: Complete the OFFER as instructed in section 3, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the quote may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.
Electronic Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
