THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for: A full-service contract for corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, repair parts, calibrations as needed, and phone support for the General Electric (GE) manufactured iDXA Bone Density System. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated requirement are invited to respond to this sources sought via e-mail to Darien Justice at darien.justice@va.gov no later than 20 August 2025, 10AM PST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, SAM UEI, address, and business size. NAICS Code 811210 is applicable to determine business size standard. Point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. Affirmation that the vendor can comply with the Limitations on Subcontracting applicable to their business size (SDVOSB or Small Business). Proof that vendor is a preferred service provider with GE.
