BLM-CO GJFO 18RD EVENT AREA GRADING
This amendment is to cancel the solicitation to utilized IDR 140L1723D0001.
This is a solicitation announcement for an event area grading project located at the Bureau of Land Management 18rd Event Area Grading in Mesa County, Colorado. 18rd Event Area is approximately 10 miles North of Fruita, CO off of Highway 70.
Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.
1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes, but is not limited to; site grading, drainage improvement, parking lot leveling, and pouring gravel.
1.2 LOCATION
Take Interstate 70 west to Fruita (exit 19). Turn north onto Cherry Street and take the first right onto Aspen Avenue. Go through the roundabout and continue on Aspen to Maple Street. Take a left on Maple Street and then travel north. The street will turn into 17.5 Road. Take a right on N.3 Road and then a left on 18 Road. Travel approximately 7 miles on 18 Road to the trailhead, event area and lower campground. Continue 1.5 miles north to reach the upper campground loops.

1.3 WORK SCHEDULE
Work shall be completed within 425 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.
Period of Performance: Work shall be completed within 425 days of the Notice to Proceed.
Rough Order of Magnitude - Less than $25,000
