AMENDMENT 1 - SF30 document has been added to the Attachments section. The purpose of the Amendment is to post the correct model for the two multi-function machines are actually both Ricoh MPC4503 machines. Offerors are to sign/date the SF30 and submit it with your quote package as an acknowledgement to the amendment. Thank you.
Instructions to Offerors: Complete blocks 17 and 30a-c on the SF1449 and complete the Schedule of Items in Section B.
