Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).
Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
- Demonstrated prior delivery of polished single crystal silicon mirrors having less than 100 nRad RMS tangential slope error over a region > 8 x 200 mm. Vendor must be able to provide customer name and metrology data showing specification was met.
- Demonstrated prior delivery of metal coated single crystal silicon with less than 1 nm thickness error. Vendor must provide customer name and metrological data showing specification was met.
- Vendor must agree to provide the mirror M3 to the specification documented in EN918 including the coating option and geometry of drawing DSG-000097125 without modification.
- Vendor must agree to provide the mirror M4 to the specification documented in EN917 including the coating option and geometry of drawing DSG-000093759 without modification.

- All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
- The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting order.
- Payment Terms will be NET-30 (SLAC is unable to do advance payments and or Prepayments).
- Freight terms will be FOB Destination Prepaid and Add
- Foreign Vendors Shipments will be made CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, and Duty Unpaid.
