Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for the fire alarm system replacement project will consist of an evaluation and design for a new replacement fire addressing and alarm system. The goal of this project is to install a state of the market system that will provide occupants with fire safety and other hazard information to occupants of the building, bringing it up to current codes with minimum disruption to the tenants in the building. Note: No existing alarm wiring is to be re-used on the project. Each team will be required to provide specific services including, but not limited to: architectural, civil, site, electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing or a required combination thereof. Additional services will be defined as required.
